Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Subscription Model

AutomationX Pro is billed as a recurring monthly subscription — ₹597/month (India) or $9/month (International) — processed through Razorpay. Your card, UPI, or other payment method will be charged automatically each billing cycle until you cancel.

2. Cancellation

You may cancel your AutomationX Pro subscription at any time. Cancelling stops all future renewals — you will not be charged again after your current billing period ends.

Once cancelled, you will continue to have access to AutomationX Pro content and the community for the remainder of the billing period you have already paid for. Access ends at the close of that period.

3. Refunds

Because AutomationX Pro provides immediate digital access to course content, downloadable resources, and a private community upon payment, payments already made for a current or past billing period are non-refundable. Cancelling your subscription only stops future charges — it does not refund the current or previous billing period.

If you believe you were charged in error — for example, a duplicate charge, an unauthorized charge, or a technical failure that prevented you from accessing content you paid for — please contact us and we will review the issue in good faith.

4. How to Cancel or Request a Review

To cancel your subscription, you can manage your membership directly through Skool (skool.com/automationx-pro-3860/about), or contact us at hello@slaqai.com and we will assist you. For billing errors or disputes, please email us with your payment ID (visible in your Razorpay payment confirmation) and a description of the issue.

5. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your payment governs that transaction.
