Terms & Conditions

1. About AutomationX Pro

AutomationX Pro ("AutomationX Pro", "we", "us", "our") is a paid online membership community operated by Dhiraj Sarkar. AutomationX Pro teaches members to design, build, and deploy real-world AI automation systems — including n8n workflows, AI voice agents, WhatsApp chatbots, and social media, email, and lead-generation automations — through structured lessons, downloadable workflow files, and live coaching sessions.

The community is hosted on Skool, a third-party community and course platform. By purchasing an AutomationX Pro membership, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

2. Membership & Access

AutomationX Pro is offered as a recurring monthly subscription:

• India: ₹597 per month
• International: $9 per month

Membership fees are billed monthly and processed through Razorpay, our third-party payment processor. Upon successful payment, you will be granted access to the AutomationX Pro space on Skool (skool.com/automationx-pro-3860/about), including all published modules, downloadable workflow JSON files, weekly live builds, Q&A sessions, and the private member community.

Access to paid content is granted for as long as your subscription remains active and your payments are successfully processed.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel your AutomationX Pro subscription at any time. Cancelling stops all future billing. You will retain access to paid content until the end of the billing period you have already paid for.

4. Acceptable Use & Community Conduct

By joining AutomationX Pro, you agree to:

• Use the community and its content for your own personal or professional learning, not for resale or unauthorized redistribution.
• Treat other members, hosts, and staff with respect during live sessions, posts, and community discussions.
• Not share your membership login, paid content, or downloadable files with non-members.
• Not use the community to spam, solicit, or promote unrelated products or services without permission.
• Comply with Skool's own platform terms of use, which apply in addition to these Terms.

5. Intellectual Property

All course materials, videos, lesson content, downloadable workflow JSON files, and community resources provided through AutomationX Pro are the intellectual property of Dhiraj Sarkar / AutomationX Pro, unless otherwise stated. Members are granted a personal, non-transferable license to use this content for their own learning and, where explicitly permitted (such as workflow JSON files), for use in their own projects or client work. Redistribution, resale, or public republishing of course content without written permission is not permitted.

6. Access Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate a member's access to AutomationX Pro, without refund of the current billing period, if a member violates these Terms, engages in abusive or harmful conduct toward other members, or misuses paid content in violation of Section 5.

7. No Guarantee of Results

AutomationX Pro provides educational content, tools, and community support related to AI automation. We do not guarantee any specific business outcome, income, client result, or level of technical proficiency from participating in the community. Your results depend on your own effort, application, and circumstances.

8. Limitation of Liability

AutomationX Pro and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, Dhiraj Sarkar / AutomationX Pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the community or its content, including any workflows, automations, or third-party tools referenced within it.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to the membership, pricing, or applicable law. Continued use of AutomationX Pro after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
